Who can I talk to about my home improvement grant?
The Department of Finance offers several ways to get information about grant recipients, eligibility, and other aspects of the housing finance system:

Are federal home improvement grants limited?
Federal home improvement grants are generally limited to a number of types of projects. However, for certain projects, such as home improvement projects, and certain types of private projects that use grant funds like building permits and zoning changes, we may be able to assist you.
If you want to apply for a federal grant, the best way to do it is to visit the OHSU Housing Finance Office. We have an appointment schedule available, and will be glad to talk to you about your project.
What kind of grant is available?
There are five types of federal grants that provide funding to home improvement projects or projects that help people with severe disabilities move about in their home. These grants are known as the Multiple Use Neighborhood Community (MUC-NC) Grants.

The Department of Conservation is looking to increase its number of goats, which are native to California, from 5,000 to 15,000.
With the help of the National Parks Conservation Association, the agency is seeking approval to double the number of the invasive animals that are already in the state.
The group and the state’s Department of Fish and Wildlife plan to apply for the $1 million grant in spring 2016.
This time the animals would remain in the Santa Cruz County area but they would not be allowed to graze on public property on the coast and
