“Double Ball Roulette” (DBR) is a popular form of game for kids as young as 3 years of age and is similar to a “Door to Door” game. In DBR, all of a sudden, a player will be given a random choice of which pair of dice will roll the highest. There are three rules to DBR:
The game is a continuous game, with each player rolling at least two dice A random player may be given a roll to determine if they can move forward to play again after having been killed.
There are two types of dice, the DBR dice and the Tuff-Dry dice. Each player has only one of each pair of dice for all of their dice. The dice that are used and their values are also random.
No player may sit in a corner of the tables that is off-limits to other players. It is always possible to play DBR if someone is sitting near the other players.
If someone rolls a 4, there is a 1 in 15 chance of killing them at random. If they roll a 5, there is a 1 in 10 chance of killing them at random. If they roll a 6, they have a 1 in 5 chance of killing them at random. If they roll a 7, they have a 1 in 2 chance of killing them at random.
In DBR, each player will be given a randomly selected pair of 4 dice and the player must roll them or place them into the “free hands” (see table below) to determine which dice die will roll the highest and if he/she should try to pull the trigger on that die or not.
